We've been having some great weather lately, allowing us to spend lots of time outside. Here's Nolan practicing his counting, and riding in his new car that he got for his birthday.

Well, my barely one year old computer crashed last week, leaving me with only an incredibly slow desktop. Mike spent all weekend trying to fix the laptop, but thinks the motherboard is shot. And the warranty expired 2 weeks ago. Technology really drives me crazy sometimes!!!
Nolan's been having a pretty rough week. He appears to be teething, but it's far worse than ever before. When he sleeps, he wakes up about every 45 minutes crying. He refuses to take medicine, spitting it out when I try to give it to him, and his ears are clearly bothering him. Mike took him to the doctor on Mother's Day, but they said he didn't have an infection. Whatever it is, we're hoping the poor little guy gets better soon! This weekend he turns 2!
Grant is doing great! He's getting bigger and more alert every day. His smiles are still few and far between, but his baby acne is finally starting to clear up. Most nights he has a good stretch of sleep from 10pm until about 3:30am. If only Nolan would get back to sleeping like normal, I'd be set!

Last weekend, Mike's mom came to visit and meet Grant for the first time. It was a short visit, but we enjoyed having her! Nolan especially loved having someone new to play with. We also had our friends, the Inmans, stop by on their way back to Ohio from Florida. Their daughter, Alexa, is 15 months old now and super cute! She loved giving hugs!

Grant's 1 Month Old!
Grant is one month old today! I can't believe how fast it's going! We had his appointment today and he is 10 pounds (50-75 %ile), 21.5 inches (50 %ile), and his head is 37.75 cm (25-50 %ile), so he's right on track. This week he's developed a pretty bad rash on his face, which I assumed was baby acne, but his doctor said it looks like heat rash. It doesn't bother him, but I hope it goes away soon!
My little guys and I are still doing well with Mike's traveling. Each day gets a little easier as I figure things out. Nolan loves Grant so much, which is a big help. He's always interested in where his little brother is and what he's doing. When I take Grant with me to pick Nolan up from "school" Nolan gets so excited to show him off! We're all looking forward to a visit from Mike's mom this weekend!

Back to Work
Well, we did it! Nolan, Grant and I made it through our first week with Mike back at work (and out of town). For the most part it went very well, other than a few toddler meltdowns which I expected. Not only did I manage to keep everyone fed and bathed, but I also found time to get my workouts in and get the boys out of the house everyday! I had no idea what to expect being home alone with 2 under 2, so I'm pretty happy with the way it's gone so far. We only have one more month of 2 under 2, as Nolan is 23 months old today! Here are some pictures from today while we were blowing bubbles and watching airplanes...and Grant was clearly enjoying his nap!

Easter Weekend
My parents got to come meet Grant over Easter weekend! Dan was also supposed to come, but came down with the flu and had to cancel his trip at the last minute. We definitely missed him and Carly! My Dad went back to Ohio today, and my mom is spending the rest of the week with us. Here are some pictures from our weekend.
Having fun dying Easter eggs (or "eggies" as Nolan calls them).
Nolan checking out his Easter basket.
Grant's first Easter!
Due to a fussy toddler, we failed pretty miserably at getting a family picture. This is the best we got for now!
Happy grandparents with their newest grandson.
